A former Supervising Deputy Probation Officer and Peace Corps educator, Masters in Public Administration from Pepperdine University, he brings strategic leadership, community advocacy, and a deep commitment to protecting Herald.
Technical Advisor
Oversees financial stewardship with a focus on transparency and sustainability. Justin brings years of financial management expertise and ensures that every donation is maximized for community impact.
Community Service
Provides expertise in fire science, mapping, and defensible space strategies. Ensures that the council’s prevention efforts are grounded in evidence-based practices and technical accuracy.
