  • Founder of Herald Fire Prevention Council, LC leads with vision and hands-on experience in wildfire resilience. A former Supervising Deputy Probation Officer and Peace Corps educator, Masters in Public Administration from Pepperdine University, he brings strategic leadership, community advocacy, and a deep commitment to protecting Herald.

Technical Advisor

Oversees financial stewardship with a focus on transparency and sustainability. Justin brings years of financial management expertise and ensures that every donation is maximized for community impact.

Community Service
